Our Policy

Each piece is produced exclusively after your order is placed, allowing us to avoid overproduction and focus on quality. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we will make it right at no cost to you:

  • Print defects or errors (fading, misalignment, incorrect design)
  • Manufacturing defects (holes, stitching errors, fabric damage)
  • Wrong item or size received
  • Item damaged during shipping

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Replacement orders are shipped within our standard production timeline of 2–5 business days.
